Piano Lessons & Tuition
Weekly private lessons for students ages 7 through adult at Nicole’s home studio near Slippery Rock, PA. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, interests, and experience level. Instruction incorporates technique, musicianship, creativity, and repertoire study in a supportive and structured environment that values confidence, self-expression, and individual artistic growth.
Limited 45-minute lesson availability is also offered on select Wednesday afternoons in Sharon, PA.
Consultation Lesson
All prospective students begin by submitting the brief inquiry form found below. You’ll then receive tuition information, studio policies, and details about enrollment so you can review everything before deciding whether to schedule a consultation.
If the studio feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule a complimentary 45-minute consultation lesson. This gives us an opportunity to discuss musical background and goals, spend time at the piano, answer questions, and make sure we’re a good match for working together.
Following the consultation, students who wish to continue can complete their enrollment materials and reserve a regular weekly lesson time.

Piano Studio Enrollment
Studio enrollment includes a reserved weekly 45-minute lesson time, individualized instruction designed around each student’s goals and musical development, and personalized books and materials.
Each student receives a personalized piano portfolio for studio materials.

Meet The Studio Assistant
Nicole’s dog Ally proudly serves as Studio Assistant and Shepsky-in-Residence.
During lessons, Ally works quietly from her office, though she may occasionally offer brief commentary on passing squirrels or other suspicious sounds.
Students who enjoy dogs are welcome to say hello after their lesson upon request.
Families with pet allergies are encouraged to reach out in advance with any questions.

Yes. Limited flexible, pay-as-you-go lessons are available on select Wednesday afternoons in Sharon, PA, for students whose schedules may not allow for regular enrollment.
These lessons are scheduled individually and do not include a permanently reserved weekly lesson time.

Studio technology: Software and online systems used to manage lessons and provide an organized experience for students and families.
Operating expenses: The ongoing costs of maintaining a professional teaching studio, including equipment, maintenance, insurance, taxes, and other business expenses.
Tuition is structured to support a consistent, high-quality learning experience throughout the year, both during lessons and through the work that happens behind the scenes.

Studio tuition includes a minimum of 32 guaranteed lessons per year, with the annual tuition divided into 12 equal monthly payments. This provides families with a consistent, predictable payment schedule regardless of how many lessons fall within a particular month.
Additional lessons may be offered throughout the year, including during unused flex weeks or the summer, at no additional charge.
Monthly tuition also reserves each student's dedicated weekly lesson time.
